Active Minds is the nation's premier nonprofit organization supporting mental health awareness and education for young adults. MSJC has an Active Minds Club on campus. Our goal is to change the conversation about mental health and to promote mental health awareness at MSJC.

We are a branch of the International Human Rights Organization, Amnesty International. We collaborate with groups from all over the country to organize advocacy campaigns, push legislative reform, and spread the word about human rights.

The purpose of the organization shall be art appreciation for both art majors and non art majors alike, anyone can join. Members will take part in field trips to historical museums, commercial galleries, university art galleries and contemporary exhibition spaces. When not on trips members will get to take part in various art activities either inside the classroom or during community events. Members will be further exposed to historical and contemporary tropes not taught at the lower division level, but as a compliment to their current course work and professional interests.

The MSJC AstroPhysics Club is where you can meet people with similar interests and learn more about astrophysics. The club goes on field trips to exciting venues such as Mount Wilson Observatory, Palomar Observatory, Palomar College Planetarium and more. We also invite talks from astronomers and physicists from local universities like UCR and UCI. There's no experience necessary to join :)

The Queer Clubhouse, formerly known as SAGA SJC and LGBTQIA+ Collective Club, is a student organization that aims to improve the lives and experiences of LGBTQIA+ community and allies at the San Jacinto Campus. We provide resources and serve as advocates to address specific needs and concerns of the community to ensure our success in higher education and beyond. We also work to put on events and hold meetings to bring the community together. The Queer Clubhouse Club works closely with SJC’s LGBTQ+ Advisory and other campus organizations to organize events that honor and celebrate the lives and experiences of our LGBTQIA+ community. Ultimately The Queer Clubhouse Club strives to empower, educate, and inspire our LGBTQIA+ community while promoting higher education, mental health, and advocacy.

SWANS are student nurses uniting together to:

The Veterans Club (V.C.) is a scholastic organization that brings together military veterans with a shared goal of encouraged success within the on campus veteran community. V.C. fosters camaraderie, support, and advocacy for veterans' interests and needs. Through various activities and events, the club provides a platform for veterans to connect, share experiences, and engage in initiatives that promote the well-being of its members. In addition V.C. links veterans with appropriate resources to assure a flourishing college experience. These clubs often play a role in community outreach, honoring veterans' service, and raising awareness about issues affecting the veteran community.
