Transfer Center at MSJC
MSJC's Transfer Center provides comprehensive services to assist students interested in transferring to four-year colleges and universities. Our quality professional services are responsive to students' individual needs. We provide students with the information they need to transfer to University of California (UC), California State University (CSU), Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU), private colleges, and out of state options.
Transfer Center services include counseling, workshops, and events that provide information on admissions requirements, how to apply, application deadlines, and the transition to the university environment.

Common Application College Report
Students needing a college official to complete part of the Common App College Report must:
- Fill out the Student Section
- Go to MSJC's Enrollment Services Commonly Needed Forms section and select Student Records Request.
- Complete the Student Records Request form
- Upload the Student Records Request form and Common App College Report to Enrollment Services Secured Document Upload
Processing time is 5-7 business days
