MSJC honored Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s legacy with its traditional MLK Day Breakfast, held on January 27 at the Menifee Valley Campus. This annual event brought together students, faculty, staff, and community members for a morning of reflection, inspiration, and renewed commitment to Dr. King's vision of justice and equality.

Considering recent federal administrative changes and executive orders, I want to reaffirm our commitment to the support and well-being of all Mt. San Jacinto College students.

The Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges has unanimously approved Center Status for the Mt. San Jacinto College (MSJC) Temecula Valley Campus, a significant milestone for the college and the region. The decision follows a presentation by MSJC Superintendent/President Dr. Roger Schultz.

Mt. San Jacinto College (MSJC) welcomed over 80 enthusiastic 8th-grade girls from the Banning Unified School District and Hemet Unified School District to its San Jacinto Campus on January 9, 2025, for the 31st annual American Association of University Women (AAUW) STEM Conference.

The Mt. San Jacinto College Board of Trustees held its annual organizational meeting on Dec. 17, 2024, prior to its regular board meeting, selecting a new president and clerk.

Mt. San Jacinto College (MSJC) proudly announces that Dr. Von Lawson, Dean of Instruction, People, Culture & Public Service Pathway, has been selected to serve as the new President of Northland Pioneer College (NPC) in Holbrook, Arizona.

On December 4, 2024, the Southwest Riverside County Higher Education Coalition convened at Mt. San Jacinto College's (MSJC) Temecula Valley Campus to propel efforts toward establishing a public four-year university in the region. The coalition's discussion centered around the University Center at MSJC Temecula, a transformative initiative poised to retain the region's brightest talent, foster economic growth, and address the critical need to curb the outflow of intellectual capital, or "brain drain."

This prestigious honor places MSJC among the top 250 online schools in the nation, including four-year universities and two-year colleges, for its commitment to providing exceptional online learning opportunities.
